Ingredients
- 1-24 oz bag frozen mango
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- 1 bunch mint
- Agave
- Tajin
Instructions
- Using a food processor, throw your frozen mango (allow the mango to sit out for 5 minutes before processing), lime zest and juice, and coconut milk in and allow to process until the mango comes together and resembles a sorbet.
- Throw in a bunch of mint and pulse a few times. You do not want the sorbet to turn green but to just have a few speckles of green throughout.
- Scoop out into a bowl and drizzle with agave and sprinkle with tajin.
- Serve and eat immediately.
