Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- 1 cup store-bought buffalo sauce
- 10 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup pecorino Romano cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick cooking spray.
- On the pan, place chicken wings and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place into the oven. After 15 minutes, flip the wings and continue baking for another 15 minutes or until golden brown in color.
- In a large bowl, combine buffalo sauce, garlic, and Romano cheese. Add wings and toss until fully coated with sauce. Let them soak in the sauce for a few minutes for extra flavor.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Perfect for a game night!
