Cherry White Russian

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ounce cherry syrup
  • Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill your cocktail glass.
  2. Add the cherry syrup to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Then, add the vodka and coffee liqueur and stir.
  4. In a separate dish, whip the heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken, but not too much; you still want to be able to pour it.
  5. Add an ice cube to the drink and top with the cream.
  6. Garnish with cherries and more cherry syrup!

TIPS

  • I used a handheld frother to whip the heavy cream, but you can also use a whisk!
