Ingredients
• 1.5lb pork tenderloin- fat and silver skin removed
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine your spices. Thoroughly dry rub the pork all over and on all sides. Allow the pork to sweat for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Place your pork loin on the grill with the lid shut for 7 minutes. After the 7 minutes, flip and cook for 5 minutes with the lid open. After the 5 minutes, turn grill off and allow the pork to continue cooking with the lid shut for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from grill onto a cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite sauce.
