Baked Cheesy Ranch Broccoli
Cheesy broccoli just got a whole lot easier! Skip the steaming on the stove top. Skip the stovetop cheese sauce. Now you have a lot less mess! This broccoli is crazy cheesy, creamy, and ranchy!

Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- ¼ cup softened cream cheese
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning (I used Trader Joes)
- 1 cup shredded cheese + ½ cup for the topping (I use whatever cheese I have on hand, but cheddar and gruyere are always a winning combo)
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Chop your broccoli and put into a microwave safe dish and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until your broccoli is slightly steamed.
- While the broccoli is steaming, in a large bowl combine the softened cream cheese and butter, sour cream, ranch seasoning, one cup of the shredded cheese, and milk. Whisk until fully incorporated.
- Toss your slightly steamed broccoli into the bowl with the cheese mixture and toss to coat.
- Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray and toss your broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Serve alongside your favorite protein.
