Ingredients
- 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1-2 heads bibb lettuce (depending on the size)
- ½ cup matchstick carrots
- ½ cup matchstick celery
- 3 green onions julienned
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Shred your rotisserie chicken and put in a bowl.
- Top the chicken with the buffalo sauce and stir to combine. Allow the chicken to soak in the sauce while you prepare your other ingredients.
- Make sure your lettuce is clean. Depending on the size of the lettuce, you may need to use two lettuce leaves to make 1 wrap. Matchstick your carrots and celery. Julienne your green onions.
- To build your lettuce wrap, take 1-2 pieces of lettuce, top with buffalo sauce soaked shredded chicken, carrots and celery for crunch, green onion, and crumbled blue cheese.
- Serve immediately.
