Instructions
- Start by lining the board with a bunch of rosemary to give it a wreath look. You can use any other herb for this too! This outlines the space for where the other food items will go.
- Add some of the largest items like the meats and cheeses first. Spread them around the board and then fill in the gaps with the smaller items like candies, nuts, and fruits.
- Add more rosemary on the inside rim to create the full wreath effect. Leave the center open.
- Serve and enjoy with a group! A fun holiday appetizer.
TIPS
- Making a charcuterie board is an art form. They are completely customizable to your tastes. Have fun with it!
- You can make a salami or pepperoni rose by using a glass, lining the rim with the meat until it fills up, and then flipping the cup over to reveal the meat rose.
- I found mini brie cheese cups at Trader Joe’s and carved out a heart shape in the middle of them to fill with jam, so cute!
