Coconut Espresso Martini
Espresso martinis are one of my fav drinks of all times. This little twist was made because of my current obsession with coconut. Makes it feel more summery and lighter. I tried using different coconut creams but it was too thick and sweet so I landed on this infused coconut vodka.

Ingredients
- 2oz coconut flavored vodka
- 1oz Kahlua or similar coffee liquor
- 1oz freshly brewed espresso
- Espresso beans
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Place your glass of choice into the freezer to chill while you make your martini. Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
- Add the vodka, Kahlua, and espresso.
- Vigorously shake for 30-60 seconds. The more you shake the better the flavor and the better the thickness of your frothy topping.
- Pour into your chilled glass and garnish with espresso beans or cocoa powder.
- Drink up and get sauced!
