Dot Ice Cream Cake
I put a little ice cream twist on the viral dot cake! This dessert is super-easy and perfect for any group gathering or a sweet treat for yourself. This one is a must-try.

Ingredients
- Funfetti boxed cake mix
- Vanilla ice cream
- Hot fudge
- Whipped topping
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Bake the cake following the directions on the box.
- Using a small circle cookie cutter, cut cake circles to fit the parfait cups.
- Then, add one slice of cake to the bottom of the cup.
- Scoop some vanilla ice cream and place it on top of the cake. Next, pour the hot fudge over the ice cream.
- Add another slice of cake to the top and press it down lightly.
- Spread some whipped topping over the cake.
- Place your dot sprinkles on a plate. Roll the top of the parfait into the sprinkles until it is completely covered.
- Serve and enjoy this delicious treat!
TIPS
- There are no exact measurements for this recipe; do what your heart desires!
- I baked my boxed cake in a sheet pan to make the slices thinner to layer into the parfait cup.
- You can use any sprinkles for this recipe. I used rainbow nonpareils!
