Ingredients

• 8oz whipped cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 ¼ cup chopped dill pickles
• 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
• 1tbsp fresh dill chopped
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper
• ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Add the dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Combine thoroughly.
  3. Add mixture to a serving bowl or dish. Set aside.
  4. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the panko. Continuously stir the breadcrumbs until they are golden brown and crispy. Make sure you do not walk away as these breadcrumbs will cook up within a minute or two.
  5. Evenly spread the breadcrumbs over the pickle dip mixture.
  6. Garnish with extra fresh dill and a few pickles.
  7. Serve with chips or veggies.

Tips

  • I use the whipped cream cheese but if you don’t have this, simply let your block of cream cheese sit out for a few hours and whip it with your electric hand mixer.
