Ingredients
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/3 cup water
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 shots espresso
- Ice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add the pumpkin puree, water, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk together until combined.
- Reduce the pumpkin syrup mixture over medium heat for around 10-12 minutes or until thickened.
- In a glass, mix a cup of milk and a few tablespoons of the homemade pumpkin syrup until fully combined.
- Then add your ice and espresso. Stir and enjoy!
TIPS
- This latte can be made with any milk of choice. I used whole milk for this recipe, but oat milk, almond milk, or another substitute is just as yummy.
- Use a handheld frother to make blending the milk and pumpkin syrup easier.
