Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 12 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease your muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In the muffin tin, put 2 tbsp of water in each muffin cup. Crack 1 egg in each muffin cup.
- Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes for a runny egg yolk but a set egg white. (This to me is the perfect way to poach but if you would prefer your yolk to be more set, simply bake for an additional 2-3 minutes).
- Carefully spoon each egg out of the muffin tin.
- Serve immediately.
