Oven Poached Eggs

  • 6 eggs
  • 12 tbsp water
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease your muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In the muffin tin, put 2 tbsp of water in each muffin cup. Crack 1 egg in each muffin cup.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes for a runny egg yolk but a set egg white. (This to me is the perfect way to poach but if you would prefer your yolk to be more set, simply bake for an additional 2-3 minutes).
  4. Carefully spoon each egg out of the muffin tin.
  5. Serve immediately.
