Pineapple Paloma
The hot weather calls for a pool and a refreshing cocktail. This pineapple Paloma recipe is one of my favorite drinks to make for a pool day!

Ingredients
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1 ounce of pineapple juice
- 1 ounce of grapefruit juice
- ½ lime (juiced)
- ½ ounce agave syrup or simple syrup
- Sparkling water (grapefruit flavor)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the tequila, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with some sparkling water and garnish with lime or pineapple slices. Enjoy!
TIPS
- Crushed ice is great for this recipe.
- You can use grapefruit juice or grapefruit-flavored sparkling water. I used a mixture of both!
