Pink Ginger Gin Cocktail
I was at my good friend Cristin’s house, and she made me a version of this drink, and I LOVED it! I had to try it out myself, using my own ginger syrup, of course.

Pink Ginger Gin Cocktail

Ingredients
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce empress gin
- ¾ ounce gin
- ¾ ounce rhubarb liqueur
- ½ ounce ginger simple syrup
Instructions
- Add a large ice cube to a cocktail glass.
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker, then add some ice.
- Shake well for 30 seconds and then strain into the cocktail glass.
TIPS
- I made my own ginger simple syrup for this recipe by simmering 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and a bunch of ginger roots together. If you don’t want to make your own, some specialty liquor stores may sell this!
