Beefy Nacho Fries are a fun twist on the classic chip based nacho. They feed a crowd and you can customize the toppings to whatever you like best. Serve with a Margarita and you have a party!

Ingredients
- 1-32oz bag frozen fries cooked according to instructions
- 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded or a combo of that and Chihuahua
- 1 lb ground beef cooked and seasoned with Mexican seasoning packet
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- Jalapenos fresh or pickled
- Sour cream
- 1 bunch cilantro
Instructions
- Cook your fries according to the instructions on the packet. While cooking, prepare your other ingredients.
- In a medium sized skillet, brown your ground beef while breaking it up into bite sized pieces. Use instructions from seasoning packet to cook your beef. Set aside.
- When the fries are finished, top with your shredded cheese and beef. Place back into the oven at 450°F until the cheese is nice and melted.
- While hot, top with red onion, pico, jalapenos, and sour cream.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve alongside your favorite margarita!
