Beefy Nacho Fries are a fun twist on the classic chip based nacho. They feed a crowd and you can customize the toppings to whatever you like best. Serve with a Margarita and you have a party!

Sheet Pan Beefy Nacho Fries

  • 1-32oz bag frozen fries cooked according to instructions
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded or a combo of that and Chihuahua
  • 1 lb ground beef cooked and seasoned with Mexican seasoning packet
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • Jalapenos fresh or pickled
  • Sour cream
  • 1 bunch cilantro


  1. Cook your fries according to the instructions on the packet. While cooking, prepare your other ingredients.
  2. In a medium sized skillet, brown your ground beef while breaking it up into bite sized pieces. Use instructions from seasoning packet to cook your beef. Set aside.
  3. When the fries are finished, top with your shredded cheese and beef. Place back into the oven at 450°F until the cheese is nice and melted.
  4. While hot, top with red onion, pico, jalapenos, and sour cream.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve alongside your favorite margarita!
