Sheet Pan Crispy Cheddar Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in thick cut pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cups panko
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1lb brussel sprouts
- 1lb baby potatoes quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk. In another shallow dish add panko, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and dredge them into the milk and egg mixture, allowing the excessive to drip off. Then coat them in the panko and cheese mixture. Lay them on your greased sheet pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the brussel sprouts and potatoes. Toss them in olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. Lay them on the sheet pan around the pork chops.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the pork over and continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the pork is gold and cooked through.
