Ingredients
Burger
- 1lb ground beef divided into 8 portions
- Salt and pepper burger seasoning?
- 8 flour tortillas- taco size
- 8 slices of yellow american cheese
- 8-16 dill pickles- 1-2 pickles per taco depending on the pickle size
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup chopped white onion
Special Sauce
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
Instructions
- Combine your sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside so the flavors meld.
- Heat griddle to medium high heat.
- While the griddle is heating divide your beef into 8 portions and press onto your 8 tortillas into a thin layer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place your beef tortilla meat side down onto the hot and dry griddle. Cook for 2 minutes and then flip. Right after you flip, top with a slice of American cheese and allow this to melt. Approximately 2 more minutes.
- Once cheese is melted, top with lettuce and onions and remove from griddle. Top with a pickle or two, a drizzle of special sauce, and some sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
