  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple
  • ½ cup sliced mango
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • Sprinkle of tajin
  • Honey (optional)


  1. Cut your fresh pineapple and slice your mango. Roughly chop your walnuts and set all aside.
  2. Place your cottage cheese in the bottom of a bowl. Top with pineapple, mango, coconut, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds.
  3. If desired, drizzle with honey and a sprinkle of tajin.
