Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup pink candy melts
  • Sprinkles
  • Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Microwave the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the dark chocolate on the pan.
  3. Microwave the white chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted.
  4. Then, add the pink candy melts into the white chocolate and stir until they start melting. If needed, put the mixture into the microwave until the pink candy melts are fully melted.
  5. Spread the pink chocolate over the dark chocolate.
  6. Add your toppings. I used Valentine’s Day sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.
  7. Let the bark chill in the fridge for around 45 minutes.
  8. Allow the bark to warm up a little bit before breaking it into pieces with your hands.
  9. Enjoy this easy festive treat for Valentine’s Day!

TIPS

  • Candy melts are very temperamental; it’s not like melting regular chocolate, so be careful not to burn them!
  • You can top this treat with any of your favorite toppings.
